Email us with your name, order number, and reason for your return, or let us know the size and/or colour you'd like to exchange for.

You have 7 days from receiving your item to arrange a return & provide tracking.

Items must be unworn, in original packaging, with tags attached. Just as sparkly as when they arrived!

Sale and promotional pieces are final sale (no take-backs!) unless they arrive damaged.
Sample sale items may have minor imperfections, which will always be noted in the description before you purchase.

Every piece is carefully checked for faults before it leaves us.

Once your return is received, we'll inspect your item and confirm your refund or exchange.
Refunds process based on your payment provider's timeline.
We can't cover return shipping, but we're here to help make the process smooth!

CARE & WASHING INSTRUCTIONS

Just as you'd handle your bestie with love and care, we ask you to treat your garment with the same TLC. Each piece is handcrafted with meticulous attention to detail, so give it the kindness and gentle care it deserves and it will reward you with endless compliments and confidence.

Our garments feature delicate fabrics and intricate hand beading, so gentle care is essential.

Washing your piece

For all hand-beaded garments, we recommend gentle hand washing in cold to lukewarm water using a small amount of mild, eco-friendly detergent suitable for delicate fabrics.

Please avoid:
Fabric softeners
Bleach or Napisan
Tea tree oil
Brightening agents or harsh detergents

These products can weaken threads, damage delicate fabrics, and affect the finish of the beadwork.

When washing:
Gently submerge the garment and move it softly through the water
Use only a small amount of detergent for delicate fabrics
Do not wring, squeeze, twist, or rub the fabric
Rinse thoroughly in clean cold water until all detergent is removed
Do not dry clean. Drip dry in the shade

After washing, gently press out excess water using a clean towel rather than wringing the garment. If the fabric or beadwork is heavy or stretchy, we recommend laying the garment flat on a dry towel in a shaded area to help maintain its shape.

Avoid direct sunlight, as it may fade delicate fabrics and embellishments.

Aftercare

Hand-beaded garments should always be handled with care. Steaming and ironing are not recommended, as heat and moisture can affect the threads holding the beadwork in place. Most fabrics will naturally relax once hung or laid flat to dry.

For storage, fold your garment rather than hanging it for long periods to prevent stretching. Keep it away from rough surfaces or jewellery that may catch or snag the beadwork.
